Hi, South of the river but worth the trip!
Herne hill velodrome is hosting the World Cycling Revival Festival on June 14th-16th
The website (www.cyclingrevival.com) says it all, but if you haven’t heard the World Cycling Revival Festival is a 3-day festival in London, taking place at HHV and the Griffin Sports Ground just behind us.
In celebration of the venue hosting the 1948 Olympics 70 years ago, there will be a 1940’s feel to the whole event and we would encourage you to come in your favourite vintage outfit. A comprehensive range of world-class cycling, exhibitions, historical revelations about the wonderful invention that is the bicycle will in itself keep you busy all day. Add to that some great music and hospitality in the beautiful June weather, and you have one of the most irresistible events in cycling.
