Important notes for Club Rides:

Multiple Club Rides can go ahead on any given Sunday. Members should feel free to post a ride and route at a pace they would like to do, with others joining that ride if interested. There is less emphasis on ride leading on Club Rides as all riders are responsible for themselves and should be familiar with group rides.

#3

I’ll be out tomorrow but probably won’t be able to hold @Henry’s 27kph all the way so may do a slightly slower pace (25kph ish) route if anyone wants to join.

#4

I need to be back by 10:30ish so will have to have slightly different ride to Henry’s too.

#5

I need to be back as well before 11 am.
So 60km or so would be perfect.
Wake me up guys before 8 am. I’m just going to bed after double shift

#6

Perfect weather and company today, thanks all for the ride!

#7

Great ride today everyone. 70km for our group. Couple of mechanicals but still kept a good average pace. Definitely topped up the tan!

#8

Hey guys, I’m Tom. I met some of you on Sunday and I’d be keen to join the accessible on Sunday 13th. Cheers T.

#9

Hi guys, I’m Matt, have lived in East Village for coming up to four years and spent quite a few lonely hours out on Essex roads over that time, but for some reason never thought of looking for a local cycle club, glad I stumbled across this!

I’m unfortunately not around this weekend for the accessible ride (or the one at the end of the month), but was wondering if I could join on 20th? Look forward to meeting you soon.

#10

Hi guys

Early shout for a mid paced ride this Sunday? Don’t have a particular route in mind yet but looking to target somewhere between 50-70 miles at around 25-27kph average pace.

Would be happy to start at 7.30am or 8am if people need to be back early

Anyone keen? Or have a route they can recommend?

Cheers

#12

Do you take the greenwich foot tunnel?

#13

Yeah @Liam_N - when I ride from EV I go down onto A11 - Along to Mile End and turn left - then down past Limehouse and follow Docklands round to the Greenwich foot tunnel.
Not the shortest route but it is the quickest/easiest from the ones I’ve tried. Dead easy and takes about 30/40 minutes.

Ahhh, don’t think I can make this anymore :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

Will try and get to a club ride soon! Hope it’s a good one!

#16

Thanks for letting me know mate :+1:t3:

#17

Like the look of the Blackmore ride. I’ll be there.

#18

See you tomorrow for the accessible

#19

Aiming to join @JoshCox out to Blackmore but am out tonight so may have to see how morning feels.

#20

Sorry guys, got cut up on a roundabout so couldn’t take the turn. Had to go the long way round and by then I’d been dropped. Don’t know the route and don’t have anyone’s numbers so will make my own way back. Hope you all get back safe!
