We’re stoked to see Fish House in East Village welcoming guest chef Sultana Qureshi for a couple of evenings next week, discover of all the senses, taste, smells and different flavours of India and the melting pot of London’s East End just beyond the East Village.
Sultana will provide a seafood taster menu to showcase the varied tastes and regional spice differences of how fish is cooked around the Indian sub continent. Sultana’s authentic and traditional cooking methods, using seasonal produce will also carry a cheeky nod to her East End roots.
